Generally shorten urls in blogs to share those links.we can easily shorten posts and page urls in WordPress with out using third party tools.WordPress has it own url shorten feature.

Follow below steps to shorten posts and page link in your WordPress blog.

step 1 : go to WordPress dashboard

step 2 :  click on edit posts

step 3 : you can see Get Shortlink button just below post title box

step 4 : click on Get Shortlink

step 5 : then shortlink url will appear in small window copy that one and use.

Like this we can shorten page links by opening page and click on Get Shortlink.
