             Assign name servers to your domain name.
             If you already assigned name servers, you can't see Verify Ownership optipons.
             If you not already assigned name servers to your domain, then add name servers to
             your domain to verify or follow any other verification options.

Step 5 :  Now Choose Addon Domain and then choose directory for your Addon Domain
              by selecting any option on Choose Addon Directoy and Sub-domain
              and finally click on Assign this domain.

Like this you can add any domain name to your BlueHost hosting account. Creating directory for your domain is more important.
